Minnesota Zoo - Spring
We have so many pictures that look like this.
The kids in front of the fountain. Playing with the baby animals. Posing with the giant pig.
It is one of my favorite things about living in this part of town. Being so close to the zoo. My kids have spent hours playing, laughing here.

Posing with my niece, Baby Sophie. Isn't she cute?
I think the playground is their favorite part sometimes.

Okay, this may be my favorite picture. I love the look on Calvin's face. And the look on my sister's face as she checks out his diaper.
Petting the goats.

Stinky cows.
Ryan was oh-so-proud of his cow jacket.
Love this shot.
Here is the big pig.

Love the zoo.

Sprinkles
Evie is big on matching.
"You're a girl, like me!"
"You have pink on your toes, like me!"
"You have brown eyes, like me!"
"Wook, Mama! You have sprinkles!"
I do have "sprinkles." A ton.
But she's getting a few of 'em, across the bridge of her nose.

And she couldn't be happier that we match.

Chocolate
Evie and I were watching American Idol tonight. She loved to watch the singing (she was a little sad there was only 1 girl).
Then this guy came on:

"Wook, Momma!" she said.
"He has chocowate on his face?"
Not a facial hair fan, I guess.

7 months (and a pink tutu)
My little Lil is getting big.
She now weighs 19.5 pounds. She's got the greatest thighs and cheeks I've ever seen.

A few Lily updates:
-She can sit up pretty well now. She only rarely falls over now (but wow, does that make her mad!)
- She loves to hold and look at her toys. And chuck them on the ground. Again and again.
-She loves her sister. But she LOVES her brother. He can make her laugh louder than anyone. He played a mean game of peek-a-boo with her yesterday and she was simply rolling.
- She has the funnies, lowest baby voice. And she loves to talk. It's hilarious.
-She does the cutest sticking-out-her-tongue thing. All the time.
- She falls asleep wrapped up in her blanket, staring at her Angelina Ballerina doll, will music in the background. But she still sleeps best in someone's arms.
- She does not like solid food. At all.
Thanks, Caroline, for the awesome pics!
